Okay my work out has been lots of house work and yard work. Got a heck of an arm workout trimming the trees and the hedgerow and the grapes! Not to mention legs muscles got a work out getting up and down and moving around collecting up all the plum groundfall Today back to normal exercise routine. Already done a start with my weights YAY

Okay did my weights routine and I made the rep target on a few of the exercises YAY. Also did my floor routine and made target on half of the exercises which feels great! So today I need to move closer to all meeting target. Once I have them at target I will add zumba or core secrets or something to the mix

nothing other that lugging the heavy ass elliptical machine out of my MIL house, in/out of the car, and into my house... all by myself I might add. tho i did do some vacuuming, the dishes and i washed all the sheets and blankets in the entire house if that counts.

i have been jogging in place in the living room b/c its sooo yucky outside i hate to work out gag i hate to walk anything LOL so the 15 min i did 6 days in a row i received a reward from a friend WOOT new candle holder for me so this week im doing 20 min a day gag one day down and im not wanting to do it today

i have been jogging in place in the living room b/c its sooo yucky outside i hate to work out gag i hate to walk anything LOL so the 15 min i did 6 days in a row i received a reward from a friend WOOT new candle holder for me so this week im doing 20 min a day gag one day down and im not wanting to do it today not liking to work-out is why I am LOVING the wii...it's so much fun and doesn't seem like work at all... just keep at it...I bet one of these days you will start to enjoy the activity! ♥

I did my floor routine with a few weights exercises and spent a lot of time playing chasey with K up and down the house, that definately gets the blood pumping. The boy has so much energy. I was meant to get on the exacycle while we watched Day of the Triffids but I got caught up in the show and didn't *slaps hand* so tonight I must!

today I did about 2 miles on the elliptical machine. FINALLY! I may do some of the weight exercises while I am just sitting here doing nothing on the computer or watching TV. may being the key word there! lol Just wanted to add that I did 2 sets of 25 reps of each of these... Triceps Extensions, Side & Front Lateral Sequence, Presses, Bicep Curl, a modified version of the Double Tricep Kick-Back. My arms hate me now! lol

did grocery shopping at walmart for 2 hours
found my Pilates for Dummies, Yoga for Dummies & Shaping Up with Weights for Dummies videos...will be putting them onto DVD tomorrow...will do one of them while I'm recording it...
