Place to front up to what exercise you did today. Even if it was just running around with the kids or you did 5 sit ups. Its all activity to be proud of.
So far today I haven't but I'm hoping by day end I'll be able to say I did some walking and some core secrets or pilates. Lets see how I go.

Today I took a nap instead of going and walking... not cool...
My problem is that I am ready to go, but Joel is asleep... like I said, I need better motivation!
Oh well, tomorrow is another day and I'll try again...

i am going to try and go walking with joel and tristan before gavin gets out of school this afternoon. i push tristan in his stroller to give me more of a workout...
planning on starting up my pilates again next week...

I went for a walk around the property with K, played house wide peekaboo with him (requires running from one end of the house to other to hide and back again), did some vaccuming but that was all. Today hopefully I'll get to try zumba

took the kids to the park for about an hour this afternoon, played some basketball, and walked 2 times from the playground area uphill to the car to get the kids their scooters... wasnt really too strenuous but it was a nice overcast day and it was good to get out in the fresh air!

walked around walmart and the mall for 2.5 hours - that better count cause my feet hurt. maybe going to the park later if the wind calms down.

first off i spent about 30 minutes walking around the grocery store!
then i came home and went and walked 2 miles with joel at the starving duckie pond!
it was hot! and invigorating!

i havent done anything for the past two days and i feel like crap...
tonight i am hoping to thoroughly clean the bathroom and kitchen, so i guess i will burn some calories that way! lol

okay! yesterday i did some very serious hard core housework... like moving around furniture to vacuum underneath of it type housework!
today i walked the entire way around the starving duckie pond! not much, but was something!

Saturday I walked around the shops...I think..yeap I did. Had to stop and think for a minute Yesterday I did mandarin pruning and some dance/aerobics
Today I am planning now my hips and knees are better to do some core secrets and some dancing...saw the shakira music video and while I wasnt that impressed with the song it made me want to be able to move like that again
