I just did a 20 minute dance session and I feel REALLY good now...altho a little thirsty

Saturday I walked around the shops...I think..yeap I did. Had to stop and think for a minute Yesterday I did mandarin pruning and some dance/aerobics Today I am planning now my hips and knees are better to do some core secrets and some dancing...saw the shakira music video and while I wasnt that impressed with the song it made me want to be able to move like that again the freakin shewolf song!?! i hate that song, alyssa listens to it all the time!! i think she is having a seizure or something the way she is dancing!

saturday i did absolutely nothing.
sunday - 2 hours at the walmart.
today - nothing at all either.
maybe tomorrow. tho there is a cool front blowing in.

NOTHING! i did nothing today. if only driving counted as doing some form of excerise.
tristan has been sick today and i think i am coming down with something!

Okay yesterday I did 15 Minutes dance 10 Minutes of Weights 10 Minutes of leg exercises and a cool down
YAY now I just need to keep this up

OK...after talking to my doctor and taking into consideration my weight and the horrible shape of my knees...I am starting of really slow...little bits at a time...
YESTERDAY...I cleared out the mess around my treadmill...then got on it and walked a steady 1.6 mph for 5 minutes...every little bit counts...
TODAY...got on the treadmill for another 5 minutes...but this time was a steady 2.0 mph...and some of it was at a little of an incline...
I plan on getting on again later =) feels good to finally be doing something!

Hello .. Today I woke up at 5:30 in the morning which is so early for me! I decided to get up and clean house early so I can work out for the 1st time this year I have a tread mill , and I got on and decided I was going to work out for 30 minutes( good start) I worked out for 30 minutes ( yay! ) at 3.0 mph , its really faster than you think! I was so tired by the rime I was done!

That is awesome both of you!! I've done my weights and some dancing so far and hope to get on the bike tonight while we watch some TV, so will update again in the morning.

Today I did a 25 min. dancing exercise and a 15 min. stretching session and WOW I felt so good after doing it too

I've done my Paul McKenna audio thing today and Im hoping if my cramp damaged calf sorts itself out maybe I'll do some swiss ball this afternoon

yesterday( forgot to come in here ) i did a 30 minute treadmill at 3.1 mph it said i burned 60 grams of fat! yipee!!!

today- I did again 30 minutes on the treadmill @ 3.2 mph said i burned 65 grams of fat! whew! i plan on getting on my Wii Fit Plus today and working on the arms - they have a boxing thing on there ( ill post it when i do it ...lol )

not much actual exercise today...but I did walk around Wal-Mart...better that nothing at all...
I should do some stuff on my Wii fit tomorrow...yeah...that's a plan!
