Well my computer hasn't been on so I haven't been keeping track. I really should put a notebook in the kitchen. But I have been keeping my water levels up and trying to have a carrot or fruit when I'm restless hungry. Dinner has been lots of vegies with some meat which is awesome and I've been loving my orange capsicum (yes I know Bellpepper ) alas we finished it last night. But I got some celery to munch on but I'm going through that pretty quick too. i like the word caspicum! its cute!

6 oz. Strawberry yogurt few bites of a cinnamon roll brisket and potato pita pocket w/ brocceli and rice taco soup with cornbread and sweet tea 2 liters of water

today i ate... breakfast - cinnamon roll lunch - small steak and small baked potato w/butter, cheese, bacon pieces, and ranch dressing. and a dr. pepper. afternoon snack - piece of strawberry cream cake and a swig of chocolate milk. dinner - leftover steak and brocceli/rice w/ Hawaiian Punch. after dinner snack - another piece of the strawberry cream cake. about 2 liters of water.

breakfast - about 1/2 of a cinnamon roll. lunch - 2 meat and potato tamales with melted queso drizzled on them. snack - piece of strawberry cream cake. dinner - chicken fajita burrito w/ cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. after dinner snack - i havent had it yet, but it will probably be another piece of cake.
didnt drink anything but water today. about 2 liters.

pre-breakfast snack - banana breakfast - scrambled eggs with two beef and potato tamales and gatorade lunch - 2 turkey, cheese, lettuce, ranch dressing, and guacamole on mini 100 calorie rolls w/sweet tea. the LAST piece of the strawberry cream cake. dinner - 1 1/2 bowls of leftover taco soup and cornbread w/sweet tea. plus 1 chicken nugget and a handful of french fries. more gatorade.
only about 1 liter of water today.

today
3 corndogs with ketchup and 1/2 of a snack bag of cheetos and tea cinnamon roll 1 large bowl of rocky road ice cream 1 brownie bite (i splurged a bit after school with the kids) beef and cheese nachos with guacamole, sour cream and hot sauce w/ 1 smirnoff ice small bowl of popcorn
only about 1 liter of water today

1/2 of a cheese and beef pizza with a dr pepper. banana and water beef patty with cheese and a loaded baked patoto. (butter, cheese, ranch dressing, bacon pieces, and chili/beans) with a gatorade half of a chocolate milk shake
really, really bad day today as far as eating, water intake, and no exercise.

I've been pretty naughty over the weekend with lots of beer and KFC. But today I am back to it. Had cereal and banana for breakfast. Its one of the low fat healthy muesli kind of ones (that isn't muesli) The only thing is I have a hankering for apricot muffins so I may make some. Which will mean I don't eat them too fast cause I don't want to make more lol

I got really off track...so here I go again...trying to get back on track...
Special K shake banana huge salad spaghetti type pasta dish (no meat) popcorn special k crisps (mmmmm) can of coke I'm sure there was other stuff I just can't think of it now...

Last nights dinner was fairly off the points list lol but so tasty and I made all the effort to cook it from scratch. The whole point is I want to be able to eat as I wish and keep the weight off. I know if I cut out all the stuff I just put it all back on when I start to eat it again. Speaking of which I need something now all Ive had today is a banana

Yesterday I made a wonderful Valentine's Day Brunch and Dinner for the family.
brunch was scrambled eggs, hasbrowns, ham, and 3 mini vanilla cinnamon pancakes. i also had ketcup with my hashbrowns and a gatorade to drink. that kept me pretty stuffed til dinnertime, which was just as equally yummy. when i was making brunch i put some huge pork chops in the crockpot. ate them with mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans. with a dr pepper.
i did eat a few chocolates during the day... maybe 3. and 1 mini cupcake. oh and i had an extra dr pepper at the movies and a bowl of rocky road late last night while watching another movie. i only drank about 1 liter of water.

today i skipped breakfast. had 2 beef and cheese tamales topped with melthed cheese, guacamole, and sour cream. with sweet tea. had one chocolate covered donut. dinner was 2 open-faced pulled pork sandwiches (made from leftover pork chops) topped with melted cheese on sandwich rounds. with water to drink. 2 mini cupcakes.
about 1.5 liters of water today.

Yesterday was banana, peanut butter samwitch, sweetcorn, sardine fritters, 3 pieces of chocolate, bake beans, milk, water, some of K's leftovers (not in that order) oh and lemon meringue with cream

Yesterday I ate 3 chicken, bacon, and cheese panini squares. spagetti with meatballs and 1 piece of galic bread. campbells chunky soup with 1 piece of garlic bread. drank water the entire day. had a cinnamon roll and chocolate milk for a late night snack.
today i had 2 garlic breads topped with leftover spagetti and meatballs and melted cheese. 1/4 of a cinnamon roll. a few bites of gavins leftover spagetti-o's... water all day again today. bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds with 2% milk.
