Okay yesterday was green tea 2x white toast vegemite avacado 1tb water Exercise 2x white bread cheese 1 slice ham 1 cocktail sausage potato oinion bacon sour cream peas corn tootsie roll 1 little choc santa half juice half sprite
I'm trying to make sure I have the 3 meals and snacks to keep my metobolism active. And not have meals the size I used to. I've been using the small dinner plates wich is working really well! I'm also trying to remind myself I have resigned from the clean plate club that my parents indoctrined into me as a child.

breakfast. bowl of honey bunches of oasts with almonds (my fave cereal - i will be eating alot of this) and 2% milk lunch. one hamburger patty on toasted bread with okra and starwberry lemonade dinner. one hamburger patty on a bun with .5 liter of water after dinner snack. bowl of honey bunches of oasts with almonds and 2% milk

so yesterday I forgot to log everything I ate...OOOOOPS!
will do better today...
Slim-Fast Shake made with fat free milk - 200 small banana - 90 FullBar - 160 chips, taco meat, cheese - 450 Special K meal bar - 160 pickle spear (free food) yogurt - 100 chicken N dumplings - 600
Total Calories - 1820
and after having my homemade chicken N dumplings for dinner I am sooo stuffed...def done eating for the day!
OH! I'm having a glass of tea...so far I have had 2 liters of water...

Had a bit of a blow out day in the end oh well I worked out so that helps offset green tea toast banana half pie bread popcorn moscato bread crisps 1 sausage potato bacon onion sour cream egg cone ice cream

breakfast! nothing! lol lunch! turkey sandwich on white wheat with a handful of potato chips! snack! cookies and milk! dinner! alfredo noodles with broccoli after dinner snack! bowl of honey bunches of oats w/ almonds!
i have drank nothing but 2 liters of water today! YEAH!

I had burger king yesterday, the chicken BLT...the burger was okay tho the bun didn't do anything for me but the chips and soft drink made me feel really gross. I won't be having that for a long time! For dinner we had our home grown corn and it was so damn good! the rest of the day I didn't really pay attention to what I ate as I was out and about but there wasn't enough water so I woke up feeling dehydrated and I had forgotten to bring water to bed *growl*

today ...
late morning snack... starwberry yogurt 6 oz lunch... 2 tamales, one ground beef and potato and one chicken and green chili with cheese and a dr pepper a random slice of cheese pizza. soooo good btw! dinner... chicken salad on whole wheat pita bread. with some cool ranch Doritos (1 oz bag).
i havent really drank too much water today. maybe not even a full liter. but it is still early in the evening, so i can chug some more down at some point.

slimfast shake corned beef hash special k fruit crisps...these are yummy! snack bar taco soup...hannah made the WW one I posted...added a can of tomato sauce, black beans and a little more taco seasoning and some water to rinse the cans shredded cheddar cheese (on the taco soup) pudding cup 2 oreos a can of coke
only drank 1 liter of water today

Slim-Fast shake banana fat free raviolis 3 oreos another banana salad with dressing and green olives snack bar 2 slices ham wheat thins
water
...then I went ape shit and kept eating!! today was a complete bust!

today was...
2 chocolate covered mini donuts w/ water 2 tamales/2 fried eggs, one ground beef and potato and one chicken and green chili with a layer of cheese on top and then 2 fried eggs on top of that, w/ orange juice chicken salad on whole wheat pita bread w/ a Dr. Pepper (12 oz can) 3 large-ish chicken strips w/ ketchup and a heap of green beans w/ water some watermelon for a snack
maybe 2-ish liters of water today

yesterday...
breakfast - sausage and scrambled egg on a whole wheat pita w/ orange juice snack - peanut butter crakers w/ water late lunch - one chicken and green chili tamale w/ Hawaiian Punch and a banana 1 mini chocolate covered donut dinner - 1.5 servings lasagna, 3 garlic breadsticks w/ Dr. Pepper dessert - a ridiculously small bowl of vanilla ice cream with an insanely small amount of chocolate syrup
i did manage to drink lot of water yesterday - about 1.5-2 liters

breakfast... 2 fried eggs and 2 pigs in a blanket w/orange juice 1 spoonful of vanilla ice cream lunch... turkey/cheese sandwich on whole wheat and 1 oz bag of chili cheese fritos w/dr. pepper 1 1/2 chocolate covered donuts ground beef and cheese in a whole wheat pita w/water banana
i dont rememeber how much water i drank today, but i'm gonna have to say it was around 1.5 liters

Well my computer hasn't been on so I haven't been keeping track. I really should put a notebook in the kitchen. But I have been keeping my water levels up and trying to have a carrot or fruit when I'm restless hungry. Dinner has been lots of vegies with some meat which is awesome and I've been loving my orange capsicum (yes I know Bellpepper ) alas we finished it last night. But I got some celery to munch on but I'm going through that pretty quick too.

i had a banana for breakfast and that was about the only sensible thing i ate today. lunch and dinner both consisted of brisket, a few roasted potatos and brocceli/rice casserole w/ sweet tea. i also ate 1 cupcake plus the "cake" part of Gavins cupcake.
i am so full and feel gross right now. but i have drank about 1.5 liters of water today.
