gonna post a few that I found...
TACO SOUP
□ 1 lb ground beef □ 2 cans whole kernel corn (drained) □ 2 cans Mexican style tomatoes □ 2 cans Ranch style beans □ 1 pkg Ranch mix □ 1 pkg taco seasoning
Cook ground beef and drain. Add all ingredients and let simmer for 20 minutes or until it thickens.
This dish can also be prepared like a taco salad.
Tortilla chips topped with taco Soup, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and taco sauce or simply eat as a soup with tortilla chips.
TACO SOUP
□ 1 lb lean ground beef (or turkey) □ 1 onion, chopped □ 1 pkg taco seasonings □ 1 pkg dry Ranch seasonings □ 2 large cans diced tomatoes, undrained □ 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained □ 1 can black beans □ 1 can pinto beans □ 1 can whole kernel corn
Brown meat and onion. Drain. Add seasonings. Drain beans and corn. Add to meat along with tomatoes. Simmer until well blended and hot. Eat and enjoy.
Add a bit of grated cheese or sour cream and this simple soup is perfect for cold nights.
Weight Watchers Taco Soup Recipe

the other night Hannah made the WW Taco soup...OMG! it was sooooooo good!!! and with super lean hamburger it's still only about 170 calories per cup
for the mexiacan style tomatoes...she used Rotel she also added a small can of tomato sauce and a can of black means also added some water to rinse out the cans then a little more taco seasoning
and I have to say it again...it was soooooooo good!!!

might be making the taco soup very very soon! I ended up making this for dinner last night and it was sooo good. Spicy, but good. Instead of adding a can of pinto beans and a can of chili beans, I added 2 cans of Ranch style beans, one regular and one with jalepenos. I also used Rotel for the mexican style tomatoes the recipe calls for, oh, and I omitted the onion, because onions are gross. I did not add sour cream or shredded cheese, but instead ate mine with cornbread. It was really good! I suggest you try it out!
