almost free foods they take more cals to burn then are whats in them for you to eat i hvae been eating lots lots more of these and they help me to fill up thought it might help some of you guys Foods that are sometimes touted as being zero-calorie or negative-calorie include: Asparagus Beets Broccoli Cabbage Carrots Cauliflower Celery Cucumbers Garlic Lettuce Mangos Onions Spinach Turnips Zucchini Chicory Hot Chili Garden cress Green Beans Onion Radish Zucchini on the fruits they do have sugar which the natural sugar is good for you but too much can be come lots of cals Blueberries Cantaloupe Cranberry Grapefruit Honeydew Lemon/Lime Mango Orange Papaya Peach Pineapple Raspberry Strawberry Tomato Tangerine Watermelon These foods are also high in fiber and pack a hefty nutrition punch. Fruits and vegetables tend to be "nutrient-dense," meaning that they contain relatively few calories in comparison to their high level of nutrients. i started putting italian salad dressing (2TBLS=70 cals) on califlower and broccoli and eating that as a snack it really did help b/c thats not many cals and i could eat a whole huge bowl if i just couldnt help but snack

Awesome list thanks for that! Home made salsa is a great dip for carrot and celery if you (like me) want some variety. And I love squeezing some fresh lemon juice into my water when I get bored of the water taste.
Now I just need to remember where I put that damn salsa recipe LOL

I can't find it so far. Will keep looking, it was just on a piece of paper so its possible its gone astray nooooooooooo I got this one off a girl I used to know and it was great cause it didn't make too much! I had one that you put avocado in and it was just this brown sort of sludge so not appealing
