Okay so today I am not feeling quite so well. But I am not going to let it stop me from being active. That has always been my problem. As you start to exercise it releases all the built up shit sitting around in muscles and I always end up getting under the weather when I start working out...which then I use as excuse not to anymore and then have to start again and so on and so forth. I remember years back when we were between houses so we bunked in Mum's guest room off the garage and used the garage as our lounge. I had such a good routine. I would do my work out every day at a certain time. I had the exercises I would do. Then I would go upstairs and do pilates and then go back downstairs and write (and sometimes watch DOOL as I did lol) but even with my online time and my writing I still did my work out and I had some awesome results. The main things I changed with my eating was my lunch and my snacking. I snacked on scroggin (nuts, raisins, dried fruit etc) and for lunch I would toast two pieces of bread and have a piece of shaved ham with lettuce, cheese and tomato. It was filling and tasty. Or sometimes I would have cruskits instead of toast. That is what I need to get into now. I need to put K down for his nap, come on here and do the I AM stuff and then do my exercises. I have started doing the weights when K is awake after I give him breakfast. I will get better at doing more reps. He is cute too while I am doing it he will pick up one of his toys or drink bottle and copy mummy.
I know I can keep this up! So with that in mind it is time to do more floor exercises and give my legs, abs and butt a work out!
Oh and Temp as a blast from the past the advert at the top of the page right now is for the Zoo game we used to play lol

Well yesterday was a blow out on the food stakes. I was so hungry. So I ate. And then dinner was a little on the points heavy side but the plan is to achieve points 5 days out of the week. Plus I had 7 points to carry over from the day before. I need to go shopping and get some more vegetables cause we are way low. I want to get back to having my platters for lunch but as I haven't had a car most of the last two weeks I haven't really been shopping. Alyns car is breaking down and they are having issues with sourcing the correct part. So there is a big bill we don't need Plus the ride on mower is broken again! In the lat year its been out of action more than anything else and with all the rain the lawns are going mental. So if I can get some fine weather I'm going to go mental on it. Plus we have realised that the lounge wallpaper is so torn and crapped out that we need to paint the whole lounge so thats another thing for me to do. But on the plus side Buffy wants K for a sleep over tomorrow night. Maybe I'll get the paint today and start paining tomorrow. And we have the real estate agents coming this morning to all look through the place

What I need is to be able to sleep well at night. I am waking up often more tired and sore than when I go to bed. With all the exercise I am doing my body is not getting the healing it needs at night so I can't kick up my exercise because I am too sore to do more. It's not cool! But I do feel better when I eat well. I was a lovely wife last night and made a nice dinner and dessert. I don't do much of the cooking so I felt really good about it. Arabian lamb skewers and deep friend potato flats and egg (never had deep fried egg before but it was yummy just made the outside of the boiled egg a bit crunchy and flavoursome) My lemon meringue didn't turn out quite as well as it could but it was still yummy.

K has now learned how to effortlessly get out of his cot. So we've taken one side off and turned it into a bed (as its designed for) so now Im trying to teach him to stay in it and sleep. Took an hour and a half last night and when he fell asleep it was behind the door so we had a mission to get the door open to get to him and then get him into bed....and he didn't stir!?! yet I can do something totally nothing and he;ll wake sometimes. MIL arrives tomorrow oh joy of joys and she is sleeping in the office where my computer is cause she is too stupid to and annoying to suck it up and sleep out in the sleep out like a normal person. So I may be even more MIA for the week.
On the house front still no action on our place *sigh* and most of the places we like are either in a too crap area or not big enough. Or too expensive

OMG Bloody full moon times, I am sleeping soooooo badly. Last night was terrible and K had the same problem I could hear him tossing and turning. And Alyn's breathing was so loud and nnoying. He doesn't snore just breathes heavy and clicks when he goes from mouth to nose breathing. Drives me nuts
I feel like I am starting to feel healthier which is good so I need to keep going to see real results!
